Diabetic ulcers can be caused by several reasons, the main ones being a degenerative nerve infection causing numbness or narrowing of the arteries leading to ischemic lesions, most often on the feet because it is the location of accidents are frequent and easily infected. Diabetic wounds are chronic wounds that if the correct cause is known and treated properly, it will help the wound to heal better.

توسعة الشرايين من الداخل

يقوم الطبيب العلاج بإدخال جهاز خاص لتوسعة الشريان  عبر الوريد بمنطقة الإرب ثم يركب الدعامة لفتح مجرى الدم حتى يرجع وظيفته بشكل طبيعي ومن ثم يدور الدم إلى منطقة القدم بشكل أفضل

عملية توصيل الوريد أو زراعة الشرايين(Revascularization Surgical)  المسمى بــ  Bypass 

 هذه الطريقة يستخدم في علاج المرضي المصاب بإنسداد الوريد والترسبات كثيرة  في الشريان أو الوريد . وهذه الطريقة  قد لا يعطى نتيجة جيدة أحيانا بسبب مساحة الإنسداد طويل جداًّ  لكن عملية توصيل الوريد بإستخدام الوريد الصناعي أو زراعة الشرايين  تعطي النتيجة أفضل ويجرى الدم إلى الرجل والقدم أكثر

· Dilation of blood vessels from within, the doctor will insert an angioplasty device through the groin area and then place a support tube to bring the narrowed veins back to normal, allowing the blood vessels to supply to the feet.

· Surgery by connecting a vein or blood vessel (Revascularization Surgical), also known as a blood vessel bypass.

Diabetic wound causes by multiple factors, mostly 50% are from vascular problems and the remainder are caused by infection.
To diagnose whether foot diabetic wound caused by narrowing of artery (arteriosclerosis) or not, can do by using VSA technique.
In case the wound is caused by narrowing of artery (arteriosclerosis), reduce blood flow causing sore, the general wound care treatment will not be able to heal the wound.

حاليا يوجد العلاج لحل تضيق الشرايين(تصلب الشرايين) بواسطة بالون بإستخدام تقنية الدعامة

الطبيب الأخصائي  سيقوم بإجراء العلاج عن طريق إدخال المعدات

لتوسيع الأوعية الدموية عبر منطقة الفخذ

ثم  يضع أنبوب الدعامة للسماح الأوعية الدموية المتقلصة بالعودة إلى وضعها الطبيعي ويصل تدفق الدم إلى منطقة القدم حتى الحالات التى تكون فيها الأوعية الدموية مسدودة بالكامل

بعد علاج مشاكل الأوعية الدموية ولكن لا يزال علاج الجرح مطلوبا وسب مشاكل الجرح هو نقص الأكسجة  والعدوى

يمكن أن يحل المشاكل بالعلاج الأكسجين عالي الضغط

العلاج بالأكسجين عالي الضغط سوف يخلق دما جديدا حول الجرح ويقلل من العدوى

بطريقة زيادة كمية الأكسجين حول الجرح مما يتسبب الأكسجين لزيادة كفاءة خلايا الدم البيصاء للقضاء على الجراثيم(لقتل الجراثيم) ساعد على تقليل العدوى وتقليل قطع الأعضاء

Diabetic wound causes by multiple factors, mostly are from vascular problems and the remainder are caused by infection. Currently, there is a treatment for narrow of artery (atherosclerosis) by Balloon with stent technology which specialist will perform the treatment by inserting the equipment to expand blood vessels. Put the bracing tube (Stent) to let the constrict blood vessels back to normal. Blood flow to the foot area, even in cases where the blood vessels are total occluded can expand. After vascular problems have been treated but the wound treatment still required. The cause of the wound problems are hypoxia and infection. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy or HBOT can solve these problems. The HBOT therapy, it will create new blood around the wound and reduce the infection and reduce organ cutting.
